Description of item: VINTAGE1940 WWII RARE PIERCE ECLIPSE WATERPROOF 6 SCREW DOUBLE CASE MANUAL WIND 32.5 x 39MM W/O CROWN. THIS PIERCE WATERPROOF HAS A BLACK OUTLINED RE-ILLUMINATED [LUMINOVA] DIAL WITH WHITE CENTER, COPPER SWEEPS CHAPTER RING.AND BLACK OUTLINED RAISED ILLUMINATED  [LUMINOVA] NUMERALS;  BLACK STEEL LEAF HANDS WITH RE-ILLUMINATED [LUMINOVA]  CENTERS;  WITH RED SWEEP-SECONDS. THIS PIERCE HAS A *PRIOR REPAIRED CHROME PLATED CASE WITH 6 SCREW  STEEL CASE BACK. 

THE  PIERCE 6 SCREW CASE WAS PATENTED IN THE U.S.A. AND SWITZERLAND.  ITS ORIGINAL LEAD (2)GASKETS WERE REPLACED WITH ORIGINALS.THIS 1940 SWEEP SECOND PARASHOCK  HAS A RESTORED 1940 PIERCE ECLIPSE CALBRE 103 WITH SWISS STYLE BARS, SEVENTEEN JEWEL AND   SHOCK PROTECTION BALANCE MOVEMENT.  Features manual wind sweep second shock protected antimagnetic Data 10.5 / 11.5''' Dm= 23.3mm Do=Dm= 25.5mm H= 4.3mm 15/17 jewels f = 18000 A/h power reserve 40h . *CONDITION NEAR MINT.,

*HAS PRIOR PERMANENT LUG REPAIR ON TOP -NUMERAL 12 SIDE-  THAT SHORTENED THE LUGS.
