THIS ELGIN HAS AN ALL STAINLESS STEELCASE IS IN EXCELLENT CONDITION WITH STAINLESS STEEL SCREW DOWN CASE BACK. THE DIAL IS IN EXCELLENT CONDITION WITH DECAYED RADIUM MARKERS CONTRASTING THE THE SILVER AND BLACK OF THE DIAL, HANDS AND MARKERS FRAMED BY A ROTATING BLACK & SILVER DIVE BEZEL.
