Description of item:
This appraisal is for one hand made 14K Yellow & White Gold Dog Tag pictured
above. This Dog Tag is composed of a hand made 14K gold plate measuring 11/2 X 2 3/4
inches with a pure silver hand made Chinese character welded to the center of the front
side. Four (4) hand made 14K solid yellow gold beads are soldered to each corner of the
front side. A 14K white gold mount with 4 channel set princess cut natural diamonds
described in detail above is soldered below the Chinese character. A hand made 14K white
gold bezel measuring 1/8 X 1/16 X 1/8" is welded completely around the gold plate. On
the back side a hand chased 14K Greek medallion is welded in the center of the Dog Tag.
Attached to the Dog Tag is a hand made movable 14k bail. This bail is composed of
14K yellow gold and is hand chased and detailed. A 14K white gold mount with four (4)
princess cut natural diamonds described in detail above matching the mount and diamonds at
the bottom of the Dog Tag is soldered to the front of the bail. The bail is attached
through the Dog Tag with hand drawn Sterling Silver tube allowing the bail to move front
to back and side to side. On the front of the silver tube a .38 CT princess cut natural
diamond described in detail above is mounted in a 14K white gold mount. The total weight
of the diamonds is 1.02CTTW. The total weight of the piece is 34.8 grams.
