Description of item:Vintage 1940's HELBROS ladies 18kt white gold wristwatch. Tourneau style case is mounted with six (6) 1.5mm square(.08 ct) each natural bezel mounted sapphires for a total of .48ctw of sapphires; and six natural round brilliant diamonds approximately .01ct each for a total of .36ctw. of diamonds. Original crown mounted with natural bullet shaped sapphire. Case is marked HELBROS WATCH CO.; 18kt; Geneva; #9775 and case measures 16 mm wide x 24mm lug to lug x 7.36 deep. Manual  wind movement is marked CORNAVIN WATCH CO.; 16 sixteen jewels; 3 three adjustments; swiss. Attached black cord non original vintage style band with base metal findings and chain; marked Speidel/China; fits approximately 6" wrist.
